Quality and Quantity
Lately we have been hearing about all the recalls on Toyota cars. As a result, people have started checking out their products to determine if it’s of any quality. The term “quality” can mean different things to different people in different circumstances. For some people it may mean a product or service free of deficiencies. Whatever your definition is, I would think that a company’s first priorities would be the quality they produce in their products. In today’s society everything is built fast and quantity is more important because of making money and we forget about the “Quality Check” that we need to review.

Let’s eliminate embarrassment in our businesses or personal lives because we fail to go through a “Quality Check”. If we don’t an undercover mystery shopper will recognize the symptoms and you will be force to deal with the realities and make changes. If you want quantity and longevity in your product, services or relationships; you must add quality. It’s the sure foundation that will guarantee a lasting name.
