We are currently recruiting a Senior Analyst for our Stamford, CT headquarters. Senior

Analysts support client teams on multiple assignments related to our benchmarking

products and consulting engagements.

- benchmarked senior executive pay rates for a leading investment bank

- developed an annual incentive plan for a top asset management firm

- assessed staffing levels, organizational structure, performance and compensation

levels for front-office staff at a leading global private bank

- have specifically assigned survey responsibilities

- acquire detailed knowledge of their survey product(s)

- independently work with clients over the telephone and, in some instances, during

client visits

- deliver high quality survey results on time with minimal day to day supervision

- train new analysts on survey processes and best practices

- write first drafts of consulting reports and complete moderately complex analyses

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects

- Strong mathematical and/or analytical skills

- Bachelors or Masters Degrees

- 2 to 4 years experience required
