SUMMARY:
The L&D Admin. Provides administrative support, identifying and implementing the needs of the dept. and facilitators. Responsible for having all training supplies, binders, etc., ready on time for class. Maintains employee records and recognition. Provides catering for New Hire classes & helps organize functions for the facilitators. Assists with the training of admins in new call centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major
Tally and record to National Tracker all class stats
Moderate
Prepare binders and packets for new hire class
Compile and maintain statistics/graphs for training classes and GMA
Assist with the organization and implementation of employee activities
Assist manager in daily duties and responsibilities to promote the success of the L&D team
Minimum
Order training supplies and reward and recognition items
Request and prepare employees logins for new hire classes
Develop and prepare graduation, customer care commendations certificates, order food for graduation participants
Set up appointments, arrange travel, plan meetings
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
* Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access skills
* Knowledge of the computer system
* Understanding of training department needs
* Internet
* Some knowledge of catering
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
* High School Diploma
* 1 to 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
* Internet Explorer
* Laminator, Copy Machines
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including ability to formulate and present information necessary to drive change

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is continuously required to sit or stand at a computer workstation, grasp, push, and pull with right and left hands, handle, finger, and key repetitively with Right and Left hands. The employee is continuously required to mouse at the computer. The employee is frequently required to write. The employee is continuously required to read, speak, and/or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee will continuously be required to reason and understand; and will have continuous internal customer contact.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Employee will be required to work in a windowless environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
