Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive initiatives, growth, business strategy and profitability
- Area of concentration include profit/loss statements, balance sheet as well as control and measurement of productivity, warranty, inventory carrying costs, and expenses associated with the service business
- Tracking & analyzing overall service contract performance (revenue, labor & material cost, functional costs, profitability)
- Work with business leaders to understand and drive opportunities for growth and managing cost
- Recommending actions to get to planned performance for the operating teams
- Monthly, Quarter and fiscal year financial closing
- Understand, communicate and explain results/variance drivers within the business
- Develop estimates, operating plans (short and long term sessions), forecasts and reviews
- Deal directly with customer management regarding billing of labor, materials, and facility expenses
- Forecasting Risks and Opportunities
- Cash & Accounts Receivable tracking
- Invoicing & Accounts Payable processing
- Account reconciliations & general controllership
- Inventory observation
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university/college with a degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 7 years of financial work experience in positions of increasing responsibility
