DESCRIPTION
This is work providing custody, care and control of inmates in a Correctional Institution.
* This advertisement is for trainee applicants atNorthwestFloridaReceptionCenter(formerly known as Washington C.I.).
* Trainee rate of pay is $1,077.20 biweekly.
* Applicants must be at least 19 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent; willing to take a Drug Test and Physical exam; possess a Valid Driver’s License, and be willing to pay $100 FDLE Exam Fee.
* Applicants must pass a background investigation which includes after July 1, 1981 no felony convictions or a misdemeanor involving perjury or false statement, nor have received a dishonorable discharge from any of the Armed Forces of theUnited States. In addition, a misdemeanor conviction of domestic violence prohibits employment.
