Role Summary/Purpose:

The Lead IT Systems Analyst - Business Applications COE will serve as a technical expert in the area of performance management. In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of tools and procedures supporting the identification and resolution of performance issues; coordinates with project teams and technical experts to address performance issues.
Essential Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate command of performance management tools, capacity planning, performance and load testing tools / techniques, and alerting / threshold setting approaches
* Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE,etc) to implement performance management solutions
* Apply monitoring techniques and detailed knowledge of performance management to maintain and improve system performance
* Implement procedures to ensure the maintenance of performance drives simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions
* Lead a team of System Analysts (contractor and/or employee) and able to provide monitoring and technical guidance - across a wider range of tools and technologies
Qualifications/Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years IT performance management experience
* MCA or BE, B Tech / BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technical discipline or 4 years of experience in Information Systems or Computer Science
* 2 years of ERP or Oracle DBA performance management experience such as load testing, capacity planning, code tuning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting performance issues
* 2 years of performance management tools such as Oracle OEM, Percise, Loadrunner
* 2 years of Oracle ERP or Siebel application performance management experience

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
* Willing to work out of an office in Visteon Village, Wayne County, Van Buren Township (near Ann Arbor / Detroit)

The Business Applications Center of Excellence (BA COE) in GE Healthcare has recently expanded the scope of performance management from 1 to 4 businesses. The performance management team supports Oracle and Siebel applications in both the development and production phases.
