About DBGT Cary
The strength of Deutsche Bank's technology and operations is present in everything we achieve. Delivering tailored information technology and seamless transaction solutions is essential to Deutsche Bank's global resilience. We strive to combine exceptional levels of innovation with world-class client service.
DB Global Technology (DBGT) is the newly established North America development center in Cary, North Carolina, near the Research Triangle Park (RTP). As a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, DBGT will be a dedicated application development and software engineering center for leading-edge technology solutions that power the future of global capital markets. DBGT will partner with Deutsche Bank divisions to access superior technology skills and promote innovation in the development of software applications and IT solutions.
The dbDepot/dbRadar Role
Within Deutsche Bank, Global Markets Equity (GME) is a market leading provider of equity and equity-linked products to institutional, corporate and retail clients world-wide. The Equities platform is built on three product lines: Equity Trading, Global Equity Derivatives and Global Prime Finance - setting the standard in trading, origination, financing and distribution. This role is within the GME Equity Trading group that is responsible for the front office cash trading systems globally, plus analytics and electronic trading platforms.
The dbDEPOT and dbRadar projects were initiated 2 years ago to create a central, global, 'golden source' of all equity transaction data for Deutsche Bank. The data will feed a large number of consumers in Analytics, Compliance and Algorithmic trading. This large-scale data warehousing initiative relies on innovative design solutions to process the data volumes which continuously push the limits of commercial database technologies. dbRadar is the web-based, front end interface into the data warehouse. The US rollout of the depot has been successful and has proven the architecture beyond doubt. Following from this success, there is a desire to extend the coverage globally by extending to Europe. This application requires focused developers, with an interest in the Equities business as well as technology.
Roles Description and Responsibilities

May lead teams or drive work in the transference of business requirements & functional specifications into technical specifications.
