Minimum qualifications:
~ (2-3) years of Supervisory experiences preferred.
~ SHRM membership preferred.
~ Short and long term planning and management of the Human Resources Department for the
Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.
~ Executive Committee member; works with the Executive Committee members in supporting
and achieving the goals and objectives for the two hotels.
~ Works with the centralized areas of Employment, Human Resources Administration, Labor Relations,
Training & Risk Management.
~ Minimum 3 - 5 years of Human Resources or operations management experience.
~ Effective leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
~ Knowledge of federal and state labor the employment laws, Union contract.
~ Ability to coach and counsel associates and managers.
