Title: HR Technology Program Manager Location: Missouri-St. Louis The HR Technology Program Manager is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the strategic and operational effectiveness of the corporate HR function. The HR Technology Program Manager is the Single Point of Contact for the Human Capital Management (HCM) owners. They partner with them, understand the business strategy, and help them meet their HR business objectives. Additionally, the HR Technology Program Manager will partner with the IT organization to identify and implement innovative HCM business solutions, manages the HCM solution vendors, and is accountable for the overall success of HR Technology programs. Responsibilities include: * Work directly with HR, IT and functional team members to understand project concept, objectives and approach * Take assigned projects from original concept through final implementation * Partner with the HR Technology Project Managers to create and support the development and maintenance of project plans and functional specifications. * Track all phases of the project, providing timely reporting of issues, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts ( This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking change requests / issues) * Lead the assessment and resolution of issues that occur and may impact project deliverables * Ensure leadership team is aware of all active issues and resolution plans Required Skills/Experience: * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or Information Technology * Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in HR Information Technology or ITHR * Experience operating within global environments * Broad understanding of SAP HR and HR technologies within the industry * Experience with IT Systems and implementation cycles associated with such systems * Detail and operations oriented * Strong analytical skills * Strong leadership skill * Ability to influence key stakeholders * Skill to manage large global projects * Ability to multitask and deliver results * Continued process improvement focus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time and project management skills Desired Skills/Experience: * HR Technology operations experience * Experience with Six Sigma or LEAN processing * Broad understanding of HR processes and technologies within the industry * Masters Degree * HR Generalist experience * People Management experience |
